Urgent Care Centers (Walk-In)

Walk-In Urgent Care Centers

Signature Healthcare is pleased to announce that our three Urgent Care Centers at 650 Centre Street, Brockton, 110 Liberty Street, Brockton and 1 Donald's Way, East Bridgewater are OPEN. Signature Healthcare’s Walk-In Urgent Care Centers are here for you and your family. We are excited to launch our Walk-In Urgent Care services to help take care of those in our community. Our goal is to provide convenient and timely medical care to patients when they need it.

Our Urgent Care Centers can handle a variety of medical problems where you can receive same-day treatment for non-life threatening conditions, such as illness or minor injuries. Urgent care is not emergency care.

The Urgent Care Centers are designed to treat non-life-threatening conditions and are staffed by teams of physicians and nurses.

If a medical issue can’t be treated immediately by your primary care provider, for example: fractures, sprains, burns or cuts that do not require a visit to the emergency department, the Signature Healthcare Urgent Care Centers are equipped with licensed providers on staff to perform minor procedures as well as lab and imaging services.

When to go to Urgent Care:

  • Cough, cold and flu symptoms
  • Cuts and scratches
  • Diarrhea & Vomiting
  • Dressing changes
  • Ear and eye infections
  • Minor bleeding requiring stitches
  • Minor burns
  • Sinus infections
  • Sore or strep throats
  • Sprains and strains
  • Urinary tract infections

The Signature Healthcare Walk-In Urgent Care Centers are open to the public. You do not need to have a Signature Medical Group primary care provider to receive care at these locations. We are accepting walk-ins and no appointment is required.

Life-threatening emergencies, such as a heart attack or a serious head injury, etc., require a visit to the Emergency Department. If this is an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.

Our Urgent Care Centers want to connect your urgent need back to your primary care provider by sharing information about your visit with your doctor. Having a steady care provider familiar with yourself and your family is vital to your long-term health.

If you do not have a primary care provider, you can schedule an appointment by calling 844-SHC-Appt (844-742-2778) or by emailing Appts@Signature-Healthcare.org with Signature Medical Group.

We look forward to providing the same expert, convenient care our patients expect.
